What bedding and linen is available in the vans?

We provide all required fresh bedding, linens, pillows and clean towels… Just pack your luggage bag as if you were going to stay in an amazing AIRBNB on wheels! 🙂

Can I drive my vehicle there and leave it whilst I’m away on vacation?

Yes! We offer free private car parking available for one vehicle during your booking in a secure location.

What is the fuel economy?

18mpg which will equate to approximately 700km per tank.

Is there any difference between the RV’s you rent?

Only slight variations, they are both virtually the same inside and out.

Can we drive the RV off Vancouver Island to the mainland or USA?

Yes!

USA trips are allowed, however please notify us as we will need to write a letter for you to provide to border customs.

We also recommend making a ferry reservation in high season.  Vehicle specs needed for your booking: Length: 20 ft Height: 9 ft. 

What happens if the vehicle were to break down during our trip?

There is 24/7 roadside assistance available as well as our own fully trained technicians available to diagnose and potential issues that may arrive who will contact you directly over the phone to help.

Is there an age restriction on renting the vans?

Yes unfortunately – 25 years, this is due to Insurance requirements. Drivers will need to provide license verification before departure.

How many seats are in the vans?

Two

How many Kilometers can we drive?

You are allocated 200km per night of your booking. These are cumulative so just multiply the number of nights you book by 200 and this is your total kilometres allocated. Ie, 5 nights x 200km = 1000km allowed for your trip.

*Note* There is a fee of 0.35 cents charged for every kilometre over the trip allocation.

What time is pick up and drop off?

Standard Pick-up time is 3pm and Standard Drop-off time 11am.

*Please Note* there is $50/h late arrival fee, if late drop-off not already pre-organized!

Can we pick up/drop off early/later?

Yes if there is space availability this can be arranged by contacting us directly. There may be an additional fee depending upon the request.

Are pets allowed?

Yes!
